We are looking for a Senior Data Engineers that will work on the collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing of huge sets of data. The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions to use for these purposes, then maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them. You will also be responsible for integrating them with the architecture used across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Leads development and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of applications running on Azure Cloud and business intelligence tools.
  • Manages requests, projects, and team, including task assignment, progress monitoring and output review of all developers.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations with continuous engagement through status reports, proactive communication on new opportunities and issues.
  • Designs solution architecture, conducts analysis and development of applications and proof of concepts
  • Acts as subject matter expert related to the effective use of analytical or BI methodologies, particularly those related to decision tree, time series data, forecasting, or data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Build different design patterns, data architecture, Cloud technology stack (AWS/Azure)
  • Requirement mapping source to target.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
  • 6+ years’ experience in leading teams and managing customer expectations.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Business Intelligence Tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI to develop robust, interactive, and visually impactful dashboards preferred.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing optimized, complex SQL queries across large volumes of data in both relational and multi-dimensional data sources such as Teradata, Hadoop, MSSQL, Oracle.
  • 3+ years of development experience in using Spark to build applications through Spark-SQL, Scala or Python
  • 5+ years of experience data warehousing and ETL tools
  • Experience in building different design patterns, data architecture, Cloud technology stack (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience in requirements mapping (Consumption patterns and Data Sources)
